With over 13 years of experience in medical social work, I support adults navigating life transitions, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can feel heard and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and paced according to your needs. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to show up as you are without pressure or judgment.
In our work together, we focus on understanding your experiences, recognizing patterns that may no longer be serving you, and developing tools that support emotional clarity and balance.
Many of the people I work with are navigating periods of change where they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a supportive way.
I incorporate a supportive and grounded approach to help you build awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and move through challenges at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Most importantly, therapy is not something you have to do alone — it is a collaborative process where we work together toward greater insight, stability, and personal growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (USC), where I concentrated in Mental Health.
